The Curricular Affairs Office within the College of Medicine-Tucson is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time in-office Administrative Assistant. This role primarily involves supporting our Pathways in Health and Medicine (PHM) program with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support while engaging with medical students, physician-faculty, and staff.

Provide administrative support for the Pathways in Health and Medicine (PHM) Director and Program such as:
Provide administrative support to Health Disparities & Medical Humanities in coordination with the Block Coordinator team.
Proficiency in using computer software, particularly Word and Excel. Knowledge in Polling Software and calendar management. Knowledge in using Word, Excel and Google Sheets. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team when required. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle complex data. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
