Codeworks is an IT Services firm headquartered in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Our Client's Capital Markets/Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a strong ability to gather business requirements, analyze solutions, and collaborate across both technical and business teams. You should have experience with Salesforce projects, Agile environments, and a passion for working in dynamic, fast-paced teams.

This is a 12 month contract position, high likelihood to extend, hybrid on site in Milwaukee WI.

Responsibilities:
Elicit & Analyze Requirements
Business Process Analysis: Gather business requirements through interviews, workflow analysis, workshops, and surveys.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and product owners to define the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance.
Solution Analysis: Evaluate potential solutions against business requirements and financial impacts to recommend the best option.
Support Implementation & Quality Assurance
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate and support UAT with clients, third-party vendors, or other testers to ensure business requirements are met.
Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with the QA team to validate the accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
Project Management & Coordination
Project Milestones: Define project milestones, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of solutions in collaboration with business units.
Small to Medium Projects: Take on project management responsibilities for smaller projects, ensuring the project scope and timelines are met.

Qualifications:
5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Analyst or Project Management role.
Salesforce Experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and use case creation.
Strong understanding of data integration, data structures, and data warehousing.
Agile Experience: Comfortable working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to evolving project needs.
Proficiency with Microsoft products (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Office 365) is desired.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $60 and $85. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
