Position Overview: Join XPO Logistics as a CDL A LTL Team Driver! We are seeking established teams ready to handle no-touch LTL freight between XPO facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for drivers with Hazmat, Tank, and Doubles endorsements. Schedule & Pay: Typical schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off Compensation: 91 cents per mile, split between team members ($0.455 per mile each) Weekly pay: Average gross income ranging from $1,730 to $1,923 per driver Benefits: Full health insurance benefits available on day one Hourly pay for 6 holidays PTO offered 401k plan with company match Access to shops and fueling stations throughout the network for efficiency Modern 2023 Freightliner and Kenworth automatic trucks Equipped sleeper cabs with microwaves and refrigerators Provided tool and repair kits in all tractors Reimbursement for on-the-road showers Job Responsibilities: As a Road Flex Team Driver, you will operate a sleeper tractor alongside your team partner on extended runs, typically over a 5-day workweek away from home.
