99 YARDS is a next-gen fashion-tech platform designed to be the all-in-one ecosystem for fashion professionals, brands, and services — connecting portfolios, projects, and people across the industry. From concept to catwalk, we help creators launch campaigns, collaborate with trusted vendors, and gain real visibility.

With a live beta, 200+ active testers, and 1,500+ users on the waitlist, we’re gearing up for full launch — and looking for a visionary Chief Growth Officer to lead and scale user acquisition, partnerships, and community development.

• Develop and execute growth strategies across B2B and B2C segments
• Lead user acquisition and onboarding across fashion professionals, brands, and service providers
• Design and manage performance marketing, referral programs, and ambassador initiatives
• Identify and secure key partnerships with schools, agencies, vendors, and influencers
• Oversee growth analytics, user funnel metrics, and retention optimization
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align GTM strategies
• Represent 99 YARDS at events, panels, and ecosystem activations
  

• A creative strategist with a growth hacker mindset
• Passionate about fashion, tech, and building community
• Experienced in startup growth, digital marketing, or creator ecosystems
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats — from partnerships to performance
• Data-driven but brand-conscious — you can scale without losing soul
• Based in NYC or open to remote, but familiar with fashion culture and timing
  

• Existing network in fashion, creator economy, or fashion tech
• Experience working with early-stage startups
• A track record of growing platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS products
  

This is an equity-based role , ideal for a mission-aligned builder excited to be part of the founding team. The equity package will be competitive and based on experience and commitment level.
