About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead its next phase of growth, with a focus on expanding its presence in the professional skincare market and launching a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy. The CRO will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that encompasses both professional and DTC channels. This includes strengthening the existing professional network, building a robust DTC strategy, and leading the go-to-market for new product launches. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned executive with a proven track record in omnichannel revenue growth, particularly in premium beauty, skincare, or wellness brands, and must be a data-driven, strategic thinker with strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in revenue leadership roles within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry, with a strong background in both professional and DTC channels. The role requires a candidate with exceptional analytical skills, a focus on data-driven decision-making, and a willingness to work closely with a founder-led organization. Responsibilities for the CRO include defining and implementing pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies, driving data analytics to optimize conversion rates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with the brand's vision. The successful candidate will be expected to build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team to support the company's ambitious growth objectives.
