Our teams of digital nomads  work remotely from  Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.

We are looking for a Content Coordinator .

Your main tasks will be:

  • Build and maintain effective communication with partners, ensuring strong and long-term collaboration.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process of new partners, supporting them throughout the adaptation stage.
  • Analyze operators' performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
  • Drive improvements in key business metrics, focusing on growth and sustainability.
  • Prepare and deliver trainings, workshops, and partner events to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Control managers on compliance issues, including handling violations and fines.

We expect from you:

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Advanced language proficiency: English C2 level (or native/bilingual). Knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, Russian, German, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (data organisation, formulas, reporting).
  • Experience in Recruitment or Community Management.
  • Solid analytical skills, including interpreting data and statistics to drive insights and decision-making.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
