We are seeking a tech-savvy, creative content creator to join a dynamic team, collaborating on engaging video and instructional content for internal users. This hybrid role blends video production, guide creation, and user-focused enablement in a collaborative environment.

Title: Content Creator

Hours: M-F, 8am – 5pm (40 hours/week, no overtime)

Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite)

Location: 2375 Glenville Dr., Richardson, TX

Duration: 6months with possible ext

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with 2–3 team members on ongoing projects, ensuring clear communication and shared ownership of deliverables.
  • Meet with clients and end-users to gather requirements and translate needs into effective learning and enablement materials.
  • Hands-on production work , including:
  • Guide/documentation creation
  • Slide deck creation
  • Video creation and editing
  • Collateral and instructional content creation
  • Convert complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly materials aligned.
  • Leverage AI and Microsoft tools to accelerate and enhance content development.
  • Create and edit short-form instructional video content in a YouTube/TikTok style adapted for corporate America using content provided by Microsoft and other platforms.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels across the organization.
  • Generally tech-savvy , with a strong ability to learn and leverage new tools.
  • Video production knowledge and experience with video editing software (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Good analytical skills to assess needs and prioritize content deliverables.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in content creation, video production, or instructional design.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred ; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
