Custodial Lead at Haltom City with 1 Stone Solutions Full Time : Monday - Friday (2 shifts) 40 Hours a week  Hours may change to AM - PM, Applicant needs to be available for schedule. Summer Hours 6am - 4:30pm Hourly Rate: $20-$27 / hr Location: Haltom City, TX Requirements: You must be 18 years old. A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background/fingerprint check are required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S High school diploma or equivalent is required. Six months to one-year experience as a head custodian is preferred. Able to lift up to 30lbs. Job Duties: • Refer to the attached typical F.A.A.C. / W.G. Thomas Coliseum / Birdville Stadium routines in addition to the following. • Essential to have good communication skills with staff and patrons. • Vacuums floors, cleans restrooms, locker rooms, windows, walls, light fixtures, ceiling tiles, dust mops and wet mops hard surface floors. • Strips floors, waxes floors, bonnet buffs carpets, shampoos carpet, moves furniture, replaces ceiling tiles. • Can enter and follow up work orders on a timely basis. • Has working knowledge of fire and smoke alarm systems. • Has general knowledge of toilet and urinal repair, unstops drains, toilets, sinks and urinals. Including replacing flush valves and handle valves. • Works with FM personnel or outside contractor crews when requested. • Uses high pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces on the outside of the buildings and sidewalks. • Must be highly motivated and willing to work flexible hours. • Supervises other custodians hired at the F.A.A.C., W.G. Thomas Coliseum, and Birdville Stadium. 1-2 people. • Performs related duties as required. • Mows, trims and edges grass adjacent to F.A.A.C. • Grooms artificial turf weekly and ensures playing surface is good and safe condition for contests. A typical day at the F.A.A.C. routine: • Vacuum the 1st floor office, empty trash, clean office bathroom, clean glass doors, and check all lights in the office. • Vacuum the 2nd floor Fine Arts office, empty trash, check the lights and clean the second floor restrooms.  • Check the front walk way, entrance and concourse. Blow it out if necessary and wipe down the concession counter tops. • Mow everything around the stadium and inside the stadium. • Pick up trash around the facility and parking lot.  • Set up and break down for 2nd floor events.
