As we expand our operations, we're looking for a proactive and highly organized Operational Assistant to support our VP of Operations in managing day-to-day functions and driving key initiatives forward. Job Overview & Work Site Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Operational Assistant to support our VP of Operations This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in healthcare operations, administration, or medical billing. You will be instrumental in keeping our executive team organized and efficient while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare business operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist the VP of Operations with daily operational oversight. Perform data entry and assist in maintaining internal billing records and tracking systems Support the implementation of new processes, policies, and tools to improve team efficiency. Organize and manage meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items for operational leadership meetings. Support onboarding for new clients Collaborate with internal teams to help improve workflows and resolve process bottlenecks. Willingness to learn about medical billing processes, compliance, and healthcare operations. High attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
