Pageant Planet is the leading global platform for the pageant industry, connecting contestants, directors, and coaches with tools, resources, and services to help them succeed. We’re looking for a highly detailed, proactive Executive Assistant who can support our CEO and help keep operations running smoothly across multiple projects.
Pageant Planet is the most visible brand, but I also run a medspa, a conference, and a few other ventures under one umbrella. Your role would touch all of them, not just Pageant Planet.
**You’ll Handle:**
* Managing multiple Gmail inboxes + drafting replies
* Calendar & scheduling (Google Calendar)
* Organizing files (Docs, Sheets)
* Research & reports
* Buying gifts + small personal tasks
* Following up on projects & deadlines
* Professional communication with clients & vendors
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Proven EA/VA experience supporting busy executives
* Excellent English (written + spoken)
* Organized, detail-obsessed, reliable
* Tech-savvy with Google Workspace
* Proactive problem solver who thinks ahead
* Available during U.S. EST hours
**Nice to Have:**
* Knowledge and passion in pageantry.
* Event or marketing background
