BACKUP CARE NANNY
Job Title: Backup Care Nanny
Location: Fairfax, Springfield, Arlington, and Alexandria
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and reliable Backup Care Nanny to provide childcare for families in the Northern Virginia area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility, loves working with children, and is committed to offering high-quality, dependable care when needed most. This is an on-call position where you'll step in as needed to ensure children are well cared for in a safe, nurturing environment. Most nannies work the number of days they prefer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide childcare for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged children
• Creates a safe and stimulating environment for children
• Engages children in age-appropriate activities and encourages intellectual development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of formal childcare experience.
• Must be able to work full days (8a - 6pm, though 5 days/ week is not needed
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Three outstanding references.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
