Role Summary:
We are seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across designated U.S. region. This role partners closely with Sales Representatives and Clinical Field Specialists to ensure seamless setup, operation, and troubleshooting of Advanced Patient Monitoring equipment and technologies in hospital environments. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, technically proficient, and comfortable working in fast-paced clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel within the assigned region to support field teams and provide technical knowledge, advice, and support to sales representatives, clinical specialists, and customers.
  • Coordinate and perform monitoring hardware delivery and installation.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams and external customers to ensure successful product deployment.
  • Perform scheduled product support activities such as software updates, product field actions, upgrades and similar maintenance activities.
  • Address and resolve connectivity and integration issues in collaboration with clinicians, hospital IT, biomed teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Document and communicate, field insights to internal teams to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Accomplish the necessary administrative duties within the designated time frame
  • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in related field or equivalent training/experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical technology or technical field support role.
  • Preferred experience in OR/ICU/CCU environments and familiarity with hospital infrastructure and medical device integration.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Sound understanding of troubleshooting techniques with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Moderate knowledge of navigating hospital systems.
  • Ability to work independently and travel up to 80%.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of hemodynamics and clinical workflows in critical care settings is a plus.

$70,200.00 - $115,800.00 USD Annual
