Leverage your expertise and creativity to source, evaluate, and place top-tier candidates, ensuring a seamless and successful recruitment process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities???? Source Talent: Use job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to identify exceptional candidates.
???? Assess Candidates: Conduct interviews and evaluations to ensure candidates match the requirements of each role.
???? Collaborate: Partner with our Managing Director to streamline the recruitment process from outreach to final interviews.
✨ Enhance Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
???? Fluent English proficiency for effective communication.
???? Proven experience in international recruitment, particularly in sourcing volume and language-specific roles.
???? Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
???? Tech-savvy; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus but not required.
