This role is critical to ensuring life-saving systems perform reliably in high-stakes environments such as airports, universities, stadiums, and residential complexes.
You will manage active product safety cases, lead root cause investigations, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams across global sites. You’ll also play a key role in reviewing new product designs to ensure they meet rigorous safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and resolve ~70% of time on active product safety cases, including escalations and recalls.
