Our Client is currently looking to fill a HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support across their organization. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR functions and the ability to handle various responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs Administer and maintain employee benefits programs Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting Coordinate training and development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Assist with payroll processing and doing certified payroll reporting and time management systems.
