LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC

- Starting salary $65,000 to $81,000 Commensurate with credentials and experience -

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for adhering to professional and ethical requirements of your respective profession while demonstrating sound clinical judgement and principles of "good practice."

Requirements:

Current LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT License
Master's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or relevant field
Minimum of (1) year experience of working with children with special needs.
Meets transportation requirements (No history of DUI, a year free of vehicle accidents, valid vehicle insurance, valid vehicle registration, and valid state inspection sticker)
Will allow agency to run a DCYF CANTS clearance check.

Job Duties:

Execute case openings (in conjunction with the case Treatment Coordinator) according to EOHHS program standard and guidelines.
Complete treatment and behavior plans (including initial, progress, and renewal plans) for all assigned clients in a timely manner. Ensure that goals are methodologies used are evidence based.
Participate in face-to-face clinical consultations with the family, client, and Direct Support Professional (DSP) to review treatment goal progress, make clinical recommendations, and to ensure the proper implementation of treatment methodologies ongoing.
Provide clinical training, mentoring, and supervision for DSPs responsible for implementing the methodologies outlined in the client’s treatment plan in the child's home.
Analyze treatment data and assess efficacy of treatment ongoing.
Communicate with all collateral agencies and providers, and keep all treatment and case records current.
Ensure that agency policies and procedures are implemented correctly.
Implement best practice measures in relation to all clinical and counseling responsibilities.
