We are seeking a Networking Technician to join our team! You will work out of a Network Operation Center (NOC) in Macon, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing wired and wireless network systems
• Handle repairs and exchanges of defective devices
• Collaborate on the improvement of network design and connectivity
• Perform routine network maintenance
• Maintain inventory of network electronics
• Maintain customer's network infrastructure technology including switches, firewall, wireless access points, etc.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Our main focus is on networking technologies such as switches, firewalls, wireless APs, CAT6/CAT6A Cabling, Fiber Optic indoor and outdoor cabling. We also have a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) that supports our customers and installers.
