The Operations Instructor at Constellation develops, implements, and evaluates nuclear licensed operations training programs to ensure high-quality, performance-based training for Reactor Operator and Non-Licensed Operator personnel. This role integrates regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and continuous improvement feedback to maintain effective and current training programs supporting safe and efficient clean energy plant operations. The instructor also participates in audits, supports special projects, and manages training records to uphold compliance and operational readiness.

Expected salary range of $106,200 to $118,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
