Augurian is a digital marketing agency that helps companies confidently grow by connecting marketing investments to real business outcomes. We specialize in SEO, paid media, analytics, and content strategydelivering data-driven insights and a collaborative partnership that drives results.

We operate on a hybrid model : our team works in-office one day per week (Tuesdays) to foster connection and collaboration, while the remaining days are remote with the option to work from the office as desired. This part-time role would be required to come into the office on Tuesdays.

Job Overview: Analyst of Paid Media

As an Analyst, you will use data to drive our decision-making processes, supporting various aspects of our projects and campaigns. Primary responsibilities are to master the functional aspects of your role within our team. In this role youre expected to be a SME-in-training, hungry learner, proficient project manager and communicator, and dependable execution supporter.

Responsibilities:

Account Execution:

  • Proactive optimization of digital marketing campaigns by analyzing performance metrics.
  • Contribute insights to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness; collaborate on longer-term strategy.
  • Implementation & maintenance of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, and social media.
  • Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure strategies are executed in accordance with industry best practices, client guidelines, and the Augurian process.

Account Management:

  • Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
  • Address client feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

Account Strategy:

  • Communicate strategic ideas to account leads to influence client strategy.

Analysis/Reporting:

  • Gather and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements for ongoing projects.
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive success.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports, providing key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance data visualization techniques for better comprehension.
  • Communicate and read data visualizations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on data sets to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Delivery of high-quality work that follows the recommended Augurian process.

Documentation and Communication:

  • Maintain detailed and organized documentation of relevant client and team information.
  • Communicate findings and insights clearly to team members and other stakeholders.

Thought Leadership and Practice Development:

  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging tools to enhance capabilities.
  • Active participant in practice traditions and process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a key team player in fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
