Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.00 Year 3 - $18.50 Year 4 - $18.50 Year 5 - $19.50 Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to your leader. Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data. Perform other duties as assigned. Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases, maintain a clean area, and stock shelves. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Give feedback to management on inventory and product issues. Participate in inventory counts per guidelines. Adhere to cash policies to mitigate losses. Stocker Responsibilities: Efficiently stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness. Follow planograms to create impressive displays. Organize new inventory and properly dispose of empty boxes. Operate machinery safely and in compliance with policies. Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, and walk throughout the store. Stockers should be able to lift up to 45 pounds and stock items at various heights. Qualifications: You must be at least 18 years old. Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service. Perform cleaning duties to maintain store standards. Understand and apply company policies. Excellent verbal communication skills. Work well independently and as part of a team. Manage time effectively. Knowledge of company products and services. Cashier: Efficiently operate cash registers. Cashier: Comply with alcoholic beverage handling laws. Stocker: Safely operate equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers. Stockers must have morning availability, with shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
