Responsibilities - Provide personalized, one-on-one training sessions in a supportive, non-intimidating home environment.
- Develop and implement customized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App to suit each client's unique needs, preferences, and goals.
- Create a safe and nurturing space where clients feel motivated and encouraged to reach their potential.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
- Monitor client progress with care and attention to ensure they feel successful every step of the way.
- Conduct reassessments to celebrate client milestones and adjust programs as needed.
- Travel to and from client training sessions, bringing the gym experience to them.
- Maintain schedules and appointments through our app.
- Attend monthly team meetings to share experiences and receive ongoing support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- CPR/AED certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
- Team player or collaborative with others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
