We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical R&D Analyst to join our world-class Research & Development team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping to create and refine the next generation of our iconic beauty products. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Research and Experimentation: Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and market trends to inform product development. You'll design and execute experiments to test hypotheses related to product formulation, efficacy, and safety.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data from experiments, market trends, and consumer insights to interpret results. You'll then prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining your research findings and project progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree is required, with a focus on a life science field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, or a related field) or Engineering.
• Experience: Prior experience in a research or analytical role is preferred, ideally with 1-2 years or more of experience. Experience with project management or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean , Six Sigma ) is a plus.
