Job Description
What You’ll Do
· Guide clients through home selections (design choices, finishes, approvals).
· Coordinate with vendors and schedule meetings.
· Track selections and keep clients on schedule.
· Manage start orders and change orders with accuracy.
· Support estimating by sending/receiving quotes and bids.
· Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and our internal team.
What We’re Looking For
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel required).
· Good with numbers.
· Ability to read plans/blueprints (preferred).
· Ability to understand design and new construction selections (required)
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-service focused.
· Occasional weekend availability to meet with customers
· Task oriented, comfortable holding a schedule and keeping others on task.
