Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead tax engagements across a variety of industries
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and accountants
- Review and prepare business tax returns
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to manage client work
- Contribute to firm growth and strategy as an employee-owner
- Participate in THRIVE development programs
Qualifications – Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or EA License (or commitment to obtain)
- 2–4 years of public accounting experience, ideally with business tax focus
- Advanced Excel and QuickBooks Online skills preferred
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members
- Commitment to firm culture of ownership, transparency, and innovation
