Job Summary :

We are looking for a mid-to-senior level Software Engineer with Salesforce CRM experience to help transform our client's CRM landscape while modernizing a Loan Origination System within Salesforce. The role will also support the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer communication. Ideal candidates will have strong Python skills, Salesforce CRM expertise, and experience in data integration, ensuring smooth connectivity between systems and databases. FinTech professionals with backgrounds in smaller to mid-size institutions or start-ups will thrive in this unstructured environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with architect and project managers to improve Salesforce CRM usage.
• Design and customize solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Configure standard objects, developing custom objects, validation rules, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build Python-based microservices for integration, and leveraging AWS services like Lambda, Glue, S3, and RDS for cloud-based data integration and reporting.

Must have Requirements :

• At least 3-5 years of software engineering experience with a focus on Python and API development
• Experience designing and building Salesforce CRM solutions
• Strong data integration understanding, and expertise in Apex, LWC, and cloud platforms.
• Experience in FinTech and smaller institutions is preferred.

Nice-to-have skills :

• Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse, AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Agent Force.
