Job Description

Architect, design, develop, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable full-stack applications using the MEAN stack within a cloud-hosted serverless infrastructure. Integrate applications with external systems and APIs using modern, secure, and efficient techniques. Establish and implement automated testing frameworks and processes, ensuring robust code quality and reliability. Utilize cloud services effectively, primarily Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), to optimize application performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Business Responsibilities: Work closely with Product Management, Client Success, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables. Provide clear, consistent, and transparent communication to stakeholders regarding development progress, risks, and solutions. General Responsibilities: Provide technical mentorship and best practice guidance to junior developers and teammates. Regularly review and enforce coding standards, updating and improving technical standards as required. What You Will Need: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 4+ years of proven full-stack development experience. Extensive hands-on experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Proficiency in modern software development practices including DevOps, microservices architectures, automation frameworks, and API development. Experience with NoSQL databases (specifically MongoDB). Preferred Qualifications: Prior cloud hosting experience, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience developing event-driven systems utilizing publish/subscribe messaging patterns. Prior experience working with real-time data streaming and analytics. $100k - $215k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
