Summary
The Supervisor Maintenance Services assists the Manager Mobile Services and/or Sr. Manager Mobile Services with managing the operations and personnel for an assigned area. The SMS will have supervisory duties of employees on a shift, including but not limited to: Maintenance Specialists Leads, Maintenance Specialists I-IV, and Parts Runners. The SMS assists the technicians as needed to develop relationships with clients and vendors. The SMS is responsible for ensuring the customers' needs are being met while balancing financial, operating, quality, safety and asset targets against the requirements of the business. The Supervisor Mobile Services should be cross functionally trained in order to be able to back up others within the shop. This may also be a development position to prepare incumbents for the Manager Mobile Services role.

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
