Requirements:

• Floating: Within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed
• Experience Required: 5 years expected, will consider 3 years (screen). Unit accepts first-time travelers.
• HARD STOP Requirements: Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, Thoracic experience and CSFA, NBSTSA, or NCCSA certification.
• Required: BLS, CSFA, NBSTSA, or NCCSA
