Description Role Overview: The E-Commerce VIP Personal Shopper plays a pivotal role in the growth and development of Dover Street Market's VIP client base on E-Shop. Collaborating closely with the E-Commerce Manager, this individual is responsible for not only managing top-tier client spending but also delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience that drives long-term loyalty and client satisfaction. With a focus on cultivating strong relationships, this role is centered around consistently exceeding client expectations, anticipating needs, and offering tailored recommendations that align with each client's unique preferences. Through thoughtful engagement and a deep understanding of luxury fashion, the VIP Personal Shopper will help foster lasting connections and elevate the Dover Street Market experience for our most valued clients.
Key Responsibilities - Acts as the point of contact and ambassador to top clients.
- Increases the spending of individuals and develops customer loyalty through understanding customers' needs.
- Identify sale opportunities for all requested, additional, and needed pieces from the weekly uploads and curate weekly emails with special shopping links to customers with recommendations based on their shopping behavior and preferences.
- Develop one-to-one client relationships through regular communications, referring to the database to enhance understanding.
- Grow the spending of existing clients- ideally to ensure that sales leads are identified and executed.
- Drive and participate in all acquisition opportunities.
- Create and implement new selling ideas to ensure sales targets are met.
- Execute special orders, pre-orders, and pre-sells throughout the year whenever needed to satisfy customer needs.
- Responsible for keeping client information current.
- Actively liaise with the merchandising and buying team for re-orders when needed.
- Demonstrates an eagerness to learn about products, fashion trends, and lifestyle-participates in all training meetings and brand shop crafts.
- Active participant in the company's clientele program
Key Skills: - A highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, and the ability to converse with all levels both internally and externally

Key Requirements: - 2-4 years of work experience in a similar position, preferred in the field of luxury fashion, ideally in e-commerce.
- Being passionate about our customers, have a true service mentality.
- Sales driven.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with inter-departmental partners (E-commerce, Buying, Merchandising, Retail).
- Strong ability to work independently - must be a self-starter.
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English- other language skills a plus.
